Northside Property Inspections is owned and operated by Don Wood, which he started back in 2002 after having worked in the property inspection profession since 1995.
Prior to that, Don actively worked in the building industry for many years as a qualified builder and carpenter. Don holds a current NSW Builders Licence, a Certificate in Urban Pest Control and is Fully Insured for your peace of mind.
Over the years as a Building & Pest Inspector, Don has acquired extensive knowledge and experience, which gives him the ability to identify potential building defects that may be lurking and not necessarily discovered by a less experienced inspector.
The aim of Northside Property Inspections is to provide a high quality professional service along with comprehensive building reports that you can rely upon. Don is also more than happy to consult verbally with you on any building issues that were discovered to ensure you have a good understanding of your building report.
